Memorial Day

Remembering today all those who have given their lives for the freedom we enjoy today.

This momentary light affliction is preparing for us and eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen, but the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

A good memorial day to you Karen. We watched the national celebration on PBS last night and it always brings tears to my eyes. A few of the Greatest Generation were in attendance.

Good Morning, A beautiful verse today. Thinking of mother's dad today and his sacrifice, like so many, for our country.
Love you.

Beautiful flag shot! At times it is hard to believe that our trials are momentary or light, but the God says it, and I believe it! What would we do without this hope? Thank you so much for your prayers, they mean so much to me!!
