Joy

"This is the only life you will have before you enter eternity. If you want to find joy, you must first find thankfulness. Indeed, the one who is thankful for even a little enjoys much. But the unappreciative soul is always miserable, always complaining. He lives outside the shelter of the Most High God." Pastor Francis Frangipane

Lord, help me not to complain, but to look forward to each day with gladness and a thankful heart.

YES! I once taught a lesson on the more thankful we are, the more joy we will have. They go hand in hand.

Hello, lovely post and thoughts. I always try to start the day with a grateful heart. It is especially sad at this time when so many people are living thru tragedy from the storms and wildfires. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

Oh my! I needed that reminder today! Thank you. I will try not to complain...because I really don't have anything to complain about...but sometimes I just do it out of habit...bad habit! Thank you for this timely reminder. I will seek thankfulness and joy today and every day!!
