I will teach you hidden lessons from our past—
stories we have heard and known,
stories our ancestors handed down to us.
We will not hide these truths from our children;
we will tell the next generation
about the glorious deeds of the Lord,
about his power and his mighty wonders.
So each generation should set its hope anew on God,
not forgetting his glorious miracles,
and obeying his commands.

How wonderful to have a granddaughter that is doing that. I love the Psalms. xo Diana
What a blessing to see the torch of faith passed on to the next generation.
Turnabout is fair play you used to read to her now she reads to you. Reading has been the most constant thing in my life since I was old enough to hold a book and the source of much joy
She will have precious memories of learning the verses and sharing with you. Wishing you a nice day.
It is always so exciting when our grandchildren begin to read. And you picked the perfect picture for this bible verse. Once again, your header and background are beautiful!!
Tell them to your children when you walk along the road, when you lie down, when you get up... I am trying to remember how the verses go. We used to say them every Sabbath.
This was a wonderful post! :)
A wonderful investment you both are doing. She will have blessed memories of this time with you.

SO sweet! Enjoy your day dear friend! HUGS
That is great that the two of you can share your faith with each other. :)
Isn't that wonderful how by passing things on to your children that your grandchild is now reading to you! I love that. We find it happening often with our grands as well.
