Hi Karen, it is amazing the peace that we get when we take every thought captive and bring it into obedience to Christ. The enemy is always trying to disrupt us in our minds. We must concentrate on that Word and prayer, for God's thoughts are for our welfare and not to harm us. God bless your day with peace.
