WHEREVER YOU ARE - THE MARTINS

Are you standing at a crossroad

MAJESTIC SWEETNESS

Unseen Glory

After a divorce, many years ago, I felt like I was going crazy, and could not imagine how I would be able to make it as a single mother. One night, I made up my mind that I would stand up and keep praising the Lord out loud until the fear and anxiety lifted. After a while, the panic finally turned into a peaceful calm. I still didn't know the future, but I was sure of the presence of the Lord, who is my Peace.

Therefore we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner person is being renewed day by day. For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory. So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

WHEN I FEEL AFRAID OR STUCK, I CAN ASK GOD TO MAKE ME A BLESSING TO SOMEONE ELSE. I CAN ALWAYS PRAY OR SING OR THANK GOD FOR HIS LOVE.

SEEK GOD'S WILL IN ALL YOU DO AND HE WILL SHOW YOU WHICH PATH TO TAKE.

Sure Footed

One morning a few years back, we had freezing rain, covered with sleet, and a few inches of snow. I woke up before dawn to see a family of deer playing in the street. We lived on a steep hill on a dead end where the deer continued to frolic up and down for a hour.

It reminded me of the sure-footed deer in Habakkuk 3.

Yet I will rejoice in the Lord. 

I will joy in the God of my salvation. 

The Lord God is my strength. 

He will make my feet like deer's feet 

and He will make me walk on my high hills.
