We had some very cold, windy days recently just as the autumn color reached its peak. From one day to the next, it seems, the trees shed their colorful leaves.

The wind grew strong,

The temperatures plunged.

Frost sugar-coated the bright maples.

Now there is a carpet of leaves of every hue

Strewn along the path.

The falling leaves paint a picture 

Of how to humble myself

When the whirlwind of adversity blows.

Go low...lower still.

Fall down before the One 

Who humbled Himself

That I might have new life.

YOU ARE LOVED!!

The Love of the Lord Jesus Christ:

Let it sink deep within your brain how much you are loved. You have never experienced the kind of love I have for you. It is without comparison. I want you to try loving yourself and others this way, but at the same time realizing it will never perfectly reach the level of love I give. You have never known what it is completely. Nevertheless bask in it. You don't have to know all about it to experience it and enjoy it. Enjoying it will cause you to want others to have it.   Bev Robinson

I have an acquaintance who gave his life to Jesus Christ, after being raised in a religion hostile to Christianity. He is raising money now to go to a very dangerous country to share his new found faith with others who are facing persecution and death daily. THAT IS LOVE!!!

Strong Tower
