Quiet Place

My son and I found a cool quiet place for a lunchtime picnic, with a stream flowing nearby.
Reminded me of a song our quartet used to sing.

There is a quiet place far from the rapid pace
Where God can soothe my troubled mind.
Sheltered by tree and flower there in my quiet hour
With Him my cares are left behind.

A quiet place for a picnic sounds perfect right now with all the hectic days leading to the wedding. What a wonderful picnic setting with your son, Karen.

So peaceful. I love old hymns. So glad you're over the vertigo.....mine has mostly gone away, too. Praise the Lord. Very sickening with the nausea and dizziness. Thanks for your prayers. God heard and answered!
