Sweeter Than Honey

How sweet are Your words to my taste,
sweeter than honey to my mouth.
Psalm 119:103

Have you noticed how God often brings someone along who says just the right thing to cheer your heart? I find that I often stumble upon someone's blog post that was meant just for me for that day. Thank you to all of you who visit me and share yourselves and your encouraging words.

Hi Karen, I too have met some wonderful people while blogging. Many I have grown so close too and would miss visiting their blogs and reading their great comments. Yes, somedays it seems someone is writing to our hearts. That is certainly a time to leave a comment. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

Hi Karen...thank you for your sweet comment on my other blog about my mom and her aprons. I love the story you shared about your dad wearing your mother's when he cooked meals! Sweet memories! Your post today spoke to my heart as well as you mentioned God bringing special things into our lives when we need them most. My older sis has been in the hospital and while she was there, her husband who also had many health issues passed away in the same hospital. They had been married 56 years and she was able to get to his bedside before he passed. She was released from the hospital just yesterday and as she was being wheeled out of her room, two gentleman were in the hallway singing gospel songs to any who was listening. They stood there and sang a favorite of hers and it blessed her so much! They were there at just the perfect moment for her to receive a wonderful blessing! Enjoy the rest of your week!

Karen, I know what you mean. I have a friend from church, and she always seems to say just the right thing. We connect in so many ways. I do believe God brings people in our lives to share our journey and help us if we need it. :)

Yes, I received a card in the mail from a friend on Saturday. That's how I felt about the card....just the right time for me to get it!
