Labor Day Outing

My son treated me to a tour of downtown Kansas City today. It was a beautiful day, slightly cooler. We saw some of the famous fountains, but there was no place to park to get pictures of some of them. One of the many beautiful sites was the Jacob L. Loose Memorial Garden.  Here is just a sample of what we saw.

So happy you had pretty weather to get out and sightsee. Thanks for sharing the photos and taking us along! I can almost smell those colorful roses.

What a great day for you. Our adult kids surprised us this morning and all came by, we had a lovely breakfast together. Doesn't happen that often, but it was so very nice.

Beautiful photos! I love roses. My Mother in Law grows so many. We have never been so successful!
