No Borders When We Pray

"Our prayers can go where we cannot...there are no borders, no prison walls, no doors that are closed to us when we pray.” Brother Andrew

This week, I read God's Smuggler, the story of missionary Brother Andrew. He went into Communist countries behind the "iron curtain". It was amazing to me to see the timeline and to think about how much the world has changed in my lifetime.

You can read about Brother Andrew at OPEN DOORS.

In our prayer meeting yesterday, we also prayed for those that are imprisoned bacause of their faith.
Have to pray also for ourselves that we might no be imprisoned in our own desires.
Have a nice day Karen.

Hi Karen,
I read that book some time back. It was awesome. You make an excellent point about prayers. When the devil tries to close off an area to receive anything from the outside world, and especially news of the Gospel, we can still reach across that border with prayer.
Blessings,
Ken

Good morning, Karen! I read that book a long time ago. So true, with God our prayers know no limits!

Blessings to you today!

I just wanted to say this book is a keeper and on my shelf. I need to read it again. Reading the book called The Circle Maker.
Have a great day!
May we pray big and wide today :)
Blessings, Roxy

Isn't that an amazing thought? We can cross any boundary, real or implied, with our prayers. xo Diana

Love that quote! It reminds me of the power of our prayers and how God can use them.
